Eppendorf is a global life science company which develops and sells premium laboratory instruments, consumables and services. Founded in 1945, its product range includes pipettes and automated pipetting systems, dispensers, centrifuges, mixers, and DNA amplification equipment as well as ultra-low temperature freezers, fermentors, bioreactors, CO2 incubators, shakers, and cell manipulation systems. In Malaysia, the Eppendorf operations houses the Southeast Asian sales & marketing hub, the Regional Customer Support Center and shared financial, HR & IT services. It also houses training & demonstration laboratories, instrument service workshops and an accredited pipette calibration center. The operations provide technical and application support to customers, and sales & marketing support for its distribution channels in the region.
