The AHK Azerbaijan emerged from the German-Azerbaijani Business Promotion Association (DAWF), which was founded in 1999. Since 2012, the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce Abroad (AHK Azerbaijan), as the official representative of the German economy in Azerbaijan, has been informing and supporting companies in their market exploration and business activities.
